Given the importance of a generator(especially given the changing weather patterns), it’s critical to me as a senior to make sure my power is on when city power goes down for whatever reason. As such I need to trust the folks that service my whole house generator so it works properly and maintains its status as under warranty which requires an official authorized dealer and annual maintenance like on a small engine/ car/ boat etc. I’m not going to lie, as a senior I’m experiencing sticker shock for a host of services in any industry i.e. plumbing, electrical, landscaping, auto repair etc. However, given this across the board modern dilemma of expenses, I will say Smart Electric is right in line cost wise with other professional similar services. The 5 star rating from hundreds of clients and barely any entry below is not accidental or lucky. They have earned their reputation. My experience with the women service advisors at the company you get when you call is more like talking to a friend who is interested in a sincere way. They really helped me and resolved my concern.
